With the economic globalization and social information process accelerating, anda serious imbalance in the development of material life and spiritual life of modernsociety, young people fall into confusion and crises, especially for the boys, whichcause great harm to the family, school and social. The boys bear too muchresponsibility in the future. The matter of how to resolve the boy crisis, and makecrisis boy fully develop by the normal way is not just the issue of school education, butalso becomes a social problem.The boy crisis is accompanied with the network society, in which the boys rangefrom0to18years old. They show partial bit more on the life values and the outlook ofthe world compare with the girls at the same age, displaying the social phenomena andproblems such as decline in the academic, physical, psychological, behavioral and thegrades and positive image compared with girls.The boy crisis is manifested in four aspects: academic, physical, psychologicaland behavioral. I t has the characteristics of the universality, the danger, the urgencyand complexity. The boy crisis results from the natural (physiological) and socialaspects. Ideological and political education to resolve the boys school crisis has thefunction of regulation, understanding, and development; Also, it has the function ofcoordination, promotion, incentives in resolving physical crisis; it has thepsychological crisis-oriented, aesthetic, emotional function in resolving psychologicalcrisis; it has the conversion,socialization and integration function in resolving thebehavioral crisis.The problems of the ideological and political education to resolve theboy crisis at this stage is the method incorrect and the approach single, andpsychological impatience as well. The effectiveness in Ideological and politicaleducation to resolve boy crisis is mainly due to the misconduct of moral education, theimperfect of the social early warning system, and the misleading of the media. StrategyInnovation for ideological and political education of the boy crisis is to follow people-oriented, step-by-step, focusing on the environment, practical and moral principle. Defusing the boy crisis by the ideological and political education not only needsthe content innovation such as a healthy personality, life values, ideals and beliefs,integrity thanks giving and return to life, but also needs to establish long-termmechanism in prevention, tracking, feedback, self-test and help.
