Research On Construction Method Of Capacity-oriented Curriculum System Base On Associate Analysis

With the popularization of higher education, the requirement of higher education ismore than just increasing in quantity, more importantly, improving the quality of talent.In the process of the popularization, how to play a role of college is an important factorto ensure high quality development of higher education. High quality curriculum is thekey to the development of the University. Higher education massification is aopportunity to research undergraduate curriculum system.On the basis of reviewing present study of the curriculum system at home andabroad, it analyzes the current curriculum system which is subject-centered, proposesthe construction program of capacity-oriented curriculum system, focuses on theapplication of association rules in construction of curriculum system. The main contentsare as follows:(1) It analyzes the current reform of curriculum system, introduces capacity andcapacity-oriented concept in construction of curriculum system, proposes the method ofconstruction of curriculum system.(2) It proposes concrete steps of constructing capacity-oriented curriculum system.First, according to professional competence, setting questionnaire and surveying experts,staff of enterprises and graduate to obtain data. Second, using Apriori algorithm togenerate frequent item set to discuss the importance of courses, adjusting curricularstructure, as well as analyzing the relationship between courses through miningassociation rules; Finally，building curriculum system by way of reference to theimportance of courses and the relationship of association rules.(3) For a large number of association rules in this paper, proposing similaritymetric and distance metric, using hierarchical clustering to classify association rules andmine interesting course information for the construction of curriculum system.(4) To take Computer Science and Technology for an example, discussing theprofessional competence of this major and its required course and elective curriculum indomestic universities, constructing curriculum system of this major based oncapacity-oriented method.
