In this study, taking Central China Normal university as a case and regarding Central China Normal university’s 1-2 grade graduate students as research object, we research Central China Normal university graduate students’ the degree of learning satisfaction from "learning itself and the personal development", "learning motivation system", "tutor evaluation", "learning environment", "the school services management" and "satisfaction final adjudication" six aspects based on the questionnaires, the interviews and other research methods. Using SPSS16.0 software to analyze the dates, we find that the overall degree of satisfaction of the current graduate students is low, especially in "the learning environment" and "learning motivation system" two aspects. The research shows that first-year graduate students have great interest and enthusiasm in professional learning, so we should make the best use of circumstances and do the transition work which the graduate student lives to build the foundation for first-year graduate students study and research in the future life. The Second-year graduate students are more in favor of writing graduation thesis and they expect that schools can provide more information about paper writing and instructions and job-hunting. It’s easy to find that the graduate students who’re in different grades and different stages have different focuses. Therefore, it is necessary to explore an employment-oriented, professional-based, personalized and independent of the way scientific research in higher education. This article is for the purpose of that, through studying Central China Normal university graduate students’degree of satisfaction to discuss the teaching mechanism reform about university graduate students education, improve the current graduate student’s degree of learning satisfaction and enhance the teaching quality of the graduate education finally.The graduate student’s degree of learning satisfaction is determined by many factors, such as faculty, the specialty, the sex, the family background, the cognitive style. In this paper, we analyze systematically Central China Normal university graduate student’s current degree of learning satisfaction from five dimensions by using correlation theories and the SPSS 16.0 statistics software based on the questionnaires and the interviews and gives some corresponding countermeasures. The main contents are following:First, obtaining some Central China Normal university current graduate students’ basic information through the questionnaire data, such as the specialty, the sex, the age, the living expenses originate, the relative experience; Next, studying Central China Normal university graduate student’s degree of learning satisfaction separately from "the study itself", "learning motivation system", "individual and the specialized development", "the learning environment", "the School leader and the management" five dimensions. Specifically, the analysis for "the study itself" include the liking degree about specialty, the self- evaluation about present studying situation and the degree of satisfaction relative curriculums. The study for "learning motivation system" consist of the mechanism of scholarship evaluation, the presentation methods and channels of paper, the participation in class management democratically. The research of "individual and the specialized development" comprise of the employment status of specialty, the fame of university and whether to continue to study for doctorate. The analysis for "the learning environment" involves the evaluation for the university software environment and hardware environment mainly. The study for "the School leader and the management" includes the appraisal of graduate student cadre’s supervisory service work and the degree of satisfaction about the graduate student instructor’s work.Finally, this article analyzed the outcomes,put forward a few suggestions of improving Central China Normal university graduate student’s degree of learning satisfaction.
