Retirement Employment is a common phenomenon in the labor market in China,and has become an increasingly widespread trend. The Retirement Employmentphenomenon is related with the arrival of our aging society, some deficiencies in theknowledge-intensive industry, the training of personnel characteristics of the currentretirement system, and etc. With its special advantages, Retirement Employment hasbeen more and more popular by the employer. At the same time, due to the lack oflegislation, such as the question of the status of the Retirement Employment forRetirement Employment in the formulation of public policy, and RetirementEmployment in the Labor Standards, injury insurance, the right to relief did not get theprotection they deserve. Based on the reference in the current situation and problems ofRetirement Employment rights protection, this essay researches the legislation ofRetirement Employment and public policy in other countries and regions, andsummarizes good practice. On this basis, this essay tries to build RetirementEmployment rights protection system, which includes the principle of protection toprotect the balance of interests in the process as well as improve the RetirementEmployment rights to protect a number of recommendations.
