Research Of The Cyber-Crime Criminal Jurisdiction

With the rapid development of economy and sociality，cyber-crime is born at the rightmoment. Because of there are many different legislative situation in different states oncyber-criminal jurisdiction，the conflict is bound to appear.There are four parts to analyze and solve the problems which the cyber-crimejurisdiction made. The first starts from the concept and the characteristics of thecyber-crime and the computer crime, and then analyzes its features and then compare thesimilarities and differences of cyber-crime and the computer crime. The second chapter isto sort out the legislation and the principle which the traditional criminal jurisdiction have,later elaborate the challenges with the criminal jurisdiction to traditional jurisdiction。Thethird sorts out the new theories which scholars advanced and then illustrate the advantagesand disadvantages. The fourth analyzes the technical features which the cyber-crime haveand put my own opinion to the cyber-crime criminal jurisdiction. The fifth is to put thecompleting suggestion to the cyber-crime criminal jurisdiction.
