The Study Of Cooperation Relation Between Non-governmental Children Relief Organizations And Government

In the late20th century, activated in the international arena are a large number of non-governmental relief organizations, followed in countries around the world set off a movement named "association revolution" by the academic circles in the worldwide.China has also been the impacted by the wave of the association. Since the reform and opening up, with the deepening of China’s political and economic systems reform, social structure had consequential changes. To a certain extent, non-profit for the purpose of non-governmental relief organizations which are acquired some survival and development space.As for the field of relief the children in China, various non-governmental relief organizations emerged. However, due to their limited capacity of the organization, government supervision can’t reach the designated target and other reasons, the development of non-governmental children relief organizations are not optimistic. Many related theories and practice studies for this field appeared that have great practical significance. In this paper, through the study of a case——Domestic nine Children Villages, analyzed the cooperation relation between non-governmental children relief organizations and government. I think that there are still a large number of unaccompanied children scattered in the every corner of our society under the backdrop of promoting harmonious society currently, such as the minor children of inmates. lacking of attention to this issue, which will destroy the development of China’s harmonious society. Therefore, under the premise of the rule of law, government and non-governmental children relief organizations should build a good cooperation mechanism, so that not only conducive to compensate for the lack of unilateral relief, but also to meet the diverse needs of relieving these special children.In this paper, mainly used Government and NGO cooperative relations theory as an analytical tool, and supplemented by Governance theory and resource dependence theory. Combined with the case, discussed the division of roles between non-governmental children relief organizations and government, and analyze their cooperation relationship, we put forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
