Culture is the nation’s blood and soul, it is an important element of country’s core-competitiveness, it is an important driving force of accelerating transformation of the mode of economic development, it is also an important mark of measuring the degree of social civilization as well as the quality of people’s life. The socialist culture with Chinese characteristics plays an important role in enhancing our nation’s cohesion and creativity, in enhancing China’s comprehensive national strength, in enhancing economic and social development, and in enriching people’s cultural life.Cultural construction and economic construction, political construction, social construction and the construction of ecological civilization as a whole constitute the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The party’s seventeen session of the six plenary session adopted the "CPC Central Committee on deepening the reform of the cultural system to promote the socialist cultural development and prosperity of certain major issue decision", and clearly put forward the strategic target of constructing socialism culture power, which indicates that the Communist Party of China led the people of all ethnic groups in China proceed from the cultural consciousness to the culture of self-confidence. Comrade Xi Jin-ping pointed out:"the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is modern Chinese nation’s greatest Chinese dream". Great cause needs the great spirit to guide and support. Under the continuous profound changes of the current situation of the world, nation and the party, and the condition which all people are facing opportunities and unprecedented challenges, vigorously promoting the innovation of development of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics, is the time giving our glorious and sacred duty, it is also an important and pressing task in promoting the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics at the present stage. It needs us continue studying and constantly innovate, in order to effectively liberate and develope the cultural productivity of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and build solid foundation of cultural soft power for fulfilling the dream of power.Thought is the guide of the behaviour.
