| Corruption came with the emergence of social classes and can’t be eradicated. Recently, corruption has especially become a barrier of the social reformation, which is harmful to social morals and the development of a healthy society. Governments internationally devoted great energy to combat the official crimes because of its great harm and the quick spread. Some basic strategies on the punishment of official crimes have been developed. Among which,"the United Nations Convention against Corruption" issued at the58th United Nations General Assembly can be regarded as the common wisdom of the different countries. Under such circumstances, how to carry out "the United Nations Convention against Corruption", do a good job on the prevention of official crimes, find out strategies of the prevention of official crimes, and improve our Anti-corruption criminal system to meet the international standards become an unavoidable important topic. Through the analyses of the present situation of the official crimes in our country, the ideas of anti-corruption mentioned in "the United Nations Convention against Corruption", and the present situation and difficulties of the prevention of the official crimes in our country,the essay tries to put forward some ideas to improve the prevention of official crimes and the implementation of the prevention of the official crimes of the procuratorial organs.The main body of the essay is divided into three parts.The first part is about the present situation of the official crimes in our country and the ways of anti-corruption mentioned in "the United Nations Convention against Corruption". Then, the essay tries to clarify the ideas of the anti-corruption in "the United Nations Convention against Corruption". Through the analysis of the important articles in "the United Nations Convention against Corruption", the essay studies the purpose and the principle as well as the ideas and the measures of the prevention.The second part is about the situation and the difficulties of the prevention of the official crimes in our country. After the study of the meaning, function and theoretic basis of the prevention of the official crimes in our country, the essay introduces the present situation of the prevention of the official crimes of the procuratorial organs:the construction of the organization, the function and the work pattern. Finally, the difficulties of the present prevention of the official crimes are predicted.The third part is the enlightenment of "the United Nations Convention against Corruption" to the prevention of the official crimes in our country. Official crimes result from many factors. Therefore, the prevention of the official crimes is very complicated, must be controlled with comprehensive ways.
