We can’t denythat our economy has beendeveloped unprecedentedly and also contributed to the social progress since reform and opening up. However, it’s a bit hasty tofinish moderntransformation inshort time which western societyuse hundreds of years. The rapid transformationhas powerful deconstruct ion strength to our country’ s traditional,order and culture, maki ngthe socialstructure in a drasticchange and interest conflicts be intensified obviousel y. facts have proved that the not good system is difficult to guarantee the fair distribution of interests, which can bring the contradiction and friction between interest groups. And the utility andpracticabilitythoughtsthat market economy brings have changed people’ s basic values, making power,wealth, and other valuable things becomethe object of angle people push to.What is more important, when highly centralized power meet market economy,both willbe mutual corrosion and mutual distortion, formating a very ugly socialphenomena. This collusion between government and businessmen, rent-seeking and seek profits behavior also violatedthe interests of vulnerable groups greatly, causing the social general dissatisfaction. But due to the lack of interest expression mechanism and shortage of the appeal channel in our country, these contradictions and dissatisfaction often be put aside, and accumulated gradually. When finding the right "opportunity", it will let out with highly explosive power resistance behavior. This article selects the market turmoil of Luo siwan which once caused widespread concernfrom many violence against events, it starts from the case, then analyze the reason of violence against in our country using the method of theory with practice. Then itpoints out that the deep reason ofviolence against is:low affinity between China’s traditional and existing social structure and the markete conomy.This is mainly embodied in three aspects:the first is our country’ s united political culture structure conflict with market economydevelopment request,preventing reform development;the second is that market economy aroused people political participation enthusiasm, however, our"governmentleading" social structure will cause more behavior out of system;the third is people spiritual home falling bring many behavior anomie during the transition.It’s obvious that solutions of violonce against events require our political system reform,and the reform of the political system needs a supportof social andcultural elements. But weare faced withmany difficulties on the way of the system reform, like di lemma in restriction of authorttari an government, power, difficulty of cutti ng off links between government and capjtal,expansion of system encounters boycott and lack of positive interaction model between government and market, government andsociety, judge and people, citizen consciousness and the social order.All these relates to the lack of social and culture elements which support the poli tical system reform. So,how to create a good environment for system reform from sociaL and cultural should be what we actively to do. Inthis sense, toimprove affinity between social tradition,the existing socialstructure and market economy, relates to whether we can drop the disintegration strength of the market economy to the minimum, making it into the positive development orbit, and reducing occurrence of power anomie phenomenon and the emergence of violence against event. As a large complicated system,elements in society tie closely with each other. Trigger factors of violence against is not single, resolving the problem should be a complicated system engineering. So, any single dart strategy is difficult to get ideal effect, onlytake various "centripetal encircle"changeideas, can we receive actual effect.
