Self-service travel as a new way of tourism, with the development of economy at the beginning of the epidemic in the tourism industry. At the same time, self-service travel of legal and system’s problems began to be seriously. This paper first discusses the travel industry’s basic theory, concept and classification. And further discusses the travel related legal issues, through the theoretical and case analysis., the combining theory with practice., the comparative analysis、the comparative analysis、the historical analysis and the other research methods. This article is divided into five chapters to start on.Chapter1introduction to clarify the research background and significance, both at home and abroad self-service travel research literature reviewed, explained and thus the content and structure of the thesis, research methods and innovation.Chapter2first discusses the concept of self-service travel, combined with the academic controversy about the concept of self-service travel, of legal concepts summarized, and then discuss the various classifications of self-service travel.Chapter3self-service travel to do in the status quo of China’s development, in particular the legislative status quo described, and then analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the law strong involvement self-service travel development.Chapter4specific analysis leads to highlight the urgent need to address the legal issues and legal characteristics of self-service travel, the legal nature of the legal relationship between the rights and obligations assumed by the case of judicial practice and jurisprudence. Chapter5on the basis of the previous theoretical analysis, combined with the problems in the judicial practice recommendations.
