The Study On Corporat Governance Structure Of Public Institutions In Kunming

Public institutions are uniquely Chinese organizations, providing to ordinary people public good and service, and play a significant role in the economic construction and societal development of our nation. It is an immediate mission in the course of the reform and facilitation of public institutions to improve their management model for the Legal Person Management in adaptation to the Market Economy System. An integrated reformation has been under way along with the deepening of the Market Economy and the Administrative Reforms. Based on system economics, the theory of management and legal person management, a clear analysis is conducted into the characteristics and essence of the legal person management structure, and a target model, protective measures and solutions are forwarded in the paper in terms of local public institutions in Kunming. To work out a practical way of the legal person management structure for public-oriented public institutions in Kunming is definitely necessary in the alteration of management model, improvement of management approach and raising of management efficiency in order for a healthy and sustainable development.
