Currently, the rural industrialization in the developed region of China has come to atransition stage which from middle to late, meanwhile the era to advocate high technology,high input and high output has arrived. At present, most of the rural enterprises are facingelimination and update because of its small economic space, single economic structure, shortindustrial chain, small-scale, lack of long-term investment, fragile foundation, and lacking themarket competitiveness. So the transformation of the rural industrialization from the middleto late is extremely urgent.Wuxi Hudai town, as the typical town of South-Jiangsu Pattern and today’s experimentaltown of national comprehensive reform, has reached a rapid social and economicdevelopment; as well it has initially formed industrial chain with a certain scale.
