However, there is not a theoretical system which could explain therelationship between legal-education to teenagers and education to teenagers.In2006the newly revised" law of compulsory education" will be the first"quality education" as the law norms, as adolescents announced that the study providesa theoretical and practical aspects of the breach. In this paper, according to thecountry about the quality education of the relevant requirements, using the systemscientific theory, a comprehensive analysis of the current situation, announced that thejuvenile law experience and the existing problems, the paper thinks: at present,Chinese adolescents announced that there are a number of system and mechanismproblem.
