The structureof essay is as follows:Part one: Outline of inheritance law system of Han Dynasty. Basic situation ofinheritance in Han Dynasty is clearly described through exploration on the spirit of ancientinheritance, further research on the sequence, scope of inheritance from beginning ofinheritance law system of Han Dynasty and the solution when special inheritance occurs.Part two: Content of inheritance law of Han Dynasty.
