The21st century is a period of rapid development of IT. Among these, the promotion and application of Internet technology performance, especially the many national and regional governments are increasingly concerned about the e-government, government information technology has also become the world’s social modernization, the development trend. In order to accommodate this situation, the Procuratorate should strengthen the construction of information technology, otherwise it will not be able to fulfill the responsibility of the good protection of the socialist modernization drive. The prison administration Procuratorate work an essential part of prison administration system to promote the information technology of the Prosecutor-General has a positive meaning. In this paper, the author and the actual work requirements, Design and Implementation of the Procuratorate prison administration system, the prison administration work to extricate themselves from the traditional manual mode, and thus contribute little strength for the whole procuratorial information construction work.In order to fit the requirement of the socialist modernization, the work of the public prosecutor is necessary modernization. With the dynamic prison management system, the work model change from the traditional manual model to the e-government model can be made, so as to promote efficiency of prison management.A simple and practical prison dynamic management system is studied and designed. With this system a perfect system resolve scheme suit to the public prosecutor is put forward. Based on the elaboration of the background and significance.and the analysis of the research situation and the application prospect of the prison management system, combining the practice case of the prison works of the public prosecutor, the requirements of business, function, data, system steady and security are analyzed, resulting in the system requirement analysis report.Then, based upon the principle of the software, the overall architecture of the prison management system is designed, focus on their main subsystem, namely security authenticaton. prisoner management, synthetic management, log audit and statistic reports. The database used in the project is programmed. A security authentication scheme based on USB cryptographic dog is proposed. The thesis focuses on the detail design and implementation of the key subsystem, such as security authentication, prisoner management and statistic reports. The progress of the system is based on UML and discussed with several forms, namely pseucode. flaw chart and table.Finally the research work is summaried and the further work is prospected.
