The Exploratory Research On Justice View Of Socialism With Chinese Characteristics

Justice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the combination ofMarxism and concrete practice in China; it is the succession of justice view ofMarxism and the sublimation of practice. In the past30years since the Open policy,justice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics has achieved a lot. However,because of the various historical and realistic confinements and influences, Chinesesociety which is during the transformation period has many problems on theoryexploration and social practice to solve. Therefore, research on justice view ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics has both theoretical and practical significance.The thesis is divided into four parts to discuss the theoretical connotation, basiccontent of justice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the challenges weare faced and the approaches we can choose.The first part starts with the definition of justice, giving comments on everyview about justice and focusing on the justice view of Marxism. On the basis ofborrowing ideas critically from former researches, we can see the justice view ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics in Principles of Marxism. That is the justiceview of “people’s ideas”, the justice principle of “historical views”, the justicetheory of “social views”, and the justice ideal of “practical views”. At last, this partalso analyzes the practice justice view of Marxism in socialist states.The second part sets forth the basic content of justice view of socialism withChinese characteristics. The part also analyzes its essential attributes and points outthat it should be based on the Basic Principles of Marxism, combining with theexperience in construction of economic society and developing itself. Therefore thejustice view of socialism with Chinese characteristics is a dynamic process whichadapts to practical development. In the third part, the author analyzes the challenges the justice view of socialismwith Chinese characteristics meets, home and abroad. For home, we are in thetransformation period is an unavoidable practical problem we meet. It is also theonly stage which must be passed by to develop. During the sharp transformationperiod, various social contradictions and conflicts of interest frequently occur. Forabroad, western countries’ Neoliberalism has reflected China a lot. Therefore, inorder to find the roots of problems that justice view of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics meets, we must take China’s concrete practice into consideration.The last part is trying to find the approaches to perfect the justice view ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics. Our country’s sustainable developments ofeconomy and society must stick to the justice view of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics as the guiding theory, continuous develop itself, intensifying justicereforms, liberating and developing productive force at the same time, developingjustice in people’s livelihood and other important fields, urging the justice view ofsocialism with Chinese characteristics to develop with power, enriching socialisttheory system with Chinese characteristics and providing the theoretical support forthe road of making China powerful.
