Study On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Chinese Community Construction

The urban community construction is very important to the urban social manage innovation. Small and medium-sized cities as the city plays an important role in the development of our society, the level of community development has lagged far behind economic and social development needs. Research the development of small and medium-sized cities, explore an effective way to promoting their urban community construction plays an important role in the development of our cities and China’s social manage innovation. This article choose the H City, in Hubei Province, for the survey, in-depth analysis of the problems in the construction of small and medium urban communities, and provide countermeasures to promote urban community construction.In addition to Introduction, the article mainly consists of three parts:The first part analyzes the concept of urban community construction, reviewed the history of development of urban communities, described the importance of promoting urban community construction.The second part is analysis the problems, pointing out the main issues:First, the government cause an excessive burden to the community; Second, the satisfaction of public service in community is low; Third, the security management of community is defective; Fourth, the cultural construction of community is laggard; Fifth, the community health services cannot meet the requirements of resident; Sixth, community intermediary organization developed slowly; Seventh, the construction of community environment is not perfect.The third part discuss the countermeasures to strengthen and improve the urban community construction, including speed up the community service system construction; strengthen the security management of community; promote community cultural construction; promote community health services development; strengthen the development of intermediary organizations; promote the construction of community environment.
