With China’s reform and opening up and modernization in thehistorical process, surplus labor in agriculture to urban, andurban workers, formed a large contingent of migrant workers,itis a special group。However, due to the social transition ofsystems and policies need to be improved, social injustice,justice have occurred, with migrant workers, their quality isgenerally not high, with the modern requirements of quality andits people are far away, become vulnerable to is inevitable.This idea of migrant workers from the analysis of the statusquo as a starting point to deal with the problems and solutionsproposed to improve the way.
