Noble ideals and beliefs is fundamental issue related to life and death of Marxistpolitical party, the spiritual power to maintain the advanced nature of party members and asource of strength of the party and the people to continue moving forward. How to firm theideals and beliefs of all the party members is the deep-seated problem for ChineseCommunists to think and solve. About international environment, the new changes in the development ofcapitalism and the dominant position of developed countries, erosion and infiltration ofanti-Marxist and non-Marxist thought, shaken the part of Communist ideals and beliefs;About domestic environment, the negative impact of the market economy as well as partymembers within groups and social identity and economic status differentiation weakened partof the Communist ideals and beliefs; Party building: ideals and beliefs education lack validityand relevance, there are many shortcoming ways and means of party management.Part IV: ways of the new period to firm ideals and beliefs of party members.
