| Through the evolution of history, the article expounds drawbacks of traditionaloutlook on development and discusses the necessity and important significance of theconstruction of eco-civilization in our country. Meanwhile, the article suggests thatscientific outlook on development be the guidance and construction of eco-civilizationbe the main approach. On the basis of eco-crisis and its cognitive root in traditionaloutlook on development, eco-crisis which is brought about by the guidance oftraditional outlook on development has been expounded overall and the generation andessential intension of eco-civilization have been pointed out.. In addition, the historicalbackground, intension and essence of scientific outlook on development and meaningsof eco-civilization are introduced. The necessity and important significance ofconstruction of eco-civilization in our country is summed up. Furthermore, it is verifiedthat development is the foundation of our country’s construction of eco-civilization,people oriented principle is the value orientation of our country’s construction ofeco-civilization and sustainable development is the guidelines of our country’sconstruction of eco-civilization. Moreover, it points out the major constraints ofconstruction of eco-civilization in the present time, the principles in enhancingeco-civilization we should adhere to under the guidance of scientific outlook ondevelopment and the goal of our country’s construction of eco-civilization. On that basis,the approaches of the construction of eco-civilization under the guidance of scientificoutlook on development is put forward, which include three main aspects such asestablishing scientific outlook on development, enhancing national consciousness ofeco-civilization, vigorously developing circular economy under the guidance ofscientific outlook on development and implementing it strictly and promoting theconstruction of legal system in environment. |
