Judicialreform as an important part of political restructuring, the development process shouldcongress thinking as the guide to push forward. Construction suitable for the situationof China’s judicial system and the system is one of the historical task of the party inthe new era, also the CPC Central Committee and the overall situation and long timesto make a major decision, it is a not only benefit millions of farmers, but also thestability of the state’s strategic initiatives, we must assume a critical period of socialistmodernization and completion of an important mission.To build a harmonious society in the New, from a macroscopic perspective, themain problem facing China’s judicial reform for the study, explained the basic theoryof a harmonious society and judicial reform, analyzing the background of China’sjudicial reform, the status and value of the target, and on this basis, proposed ideasand measures to comprehensively promote China’s judicial reform process, enrich thestudy of judicial reform issues.
