The civil service system in our country, the establishment and improvement is proof of our government to human resource development and management to a new level of ascension. But as China’s citizens awareness and improve democracy to the government, the public attention more and more the requirement for the government, more and more is also high, to improve the work of the government of the performance of backlash. Government organs, as a special public organization, it is an all citizens, so its employees service organizations, namely civil servants, as the government administrative work of the subject, but also become the main body of work for government performance. Therefore, realize the work performance increase is the premise of improving civil servants work performance.In recent years, our country government through the increase wages and benefits, civil servants civil service satisfaction to improve improve performance measures, the civil service is proof of civil servants job satisfaction and performance of the close contact between have suffered a great attention.In sorting out and analyzing on the basis of previous literature, this study will cognitive value, and its two antecedent to the organization of cognition, the organization’s expectations, and satisfaction of system into the argument, and will work performance as a whole according to our country’s basic government independent characteristics of the civil service concept of constructing the model and put forward concerning civil servants of the organization’s cognitive and to the organization expectations, cognitive value and satisfaction, the working performance of such that between. Mainly in Hebei WeiXian southwest six of the township government civil servants as the object of study, the typical sampling and random sampling questionnaire survey method and data collection.
