Research On Countermeasures To Social Security Of Urban Disabled In Shandong Province

There is a special social group in our society, which is in trouble in their lifebecause of the disabled and dysfunction. We call them disabled person or disabilities.It is the inevitable cost during the process of our society development. So we need togive this special social group a special social security. A perfect social security systemfor disabled person in modern world is a very important symbol to evaluate economicdevelopment level and civilization degree of a country or region. Based on thissociety background, it is necessary and importance to develop social security systemfor the disabled.The first part of this thesis is introduction, including the related background,significance, literature review and the research methods. The second part is the relatedtheory for social security of disabilities, respectively expounds the meaning of socialsecurity, the related theory of social security. The third part comparatively systematicanalyzes the condition of disabled person in four fields, social insurance for disabledpersons, society assistance for disabled persons, town urban employment for disabledpersons and disabled persons education situation and focuses on analyzing the presentsocial security problems of Shandong urban disabled people and the reason of thoseproblems. The fourth part studies about the disabled social security system of Sweden,Japan and Hong Kong, and to cited some of the construction experience for reference.The fifth Part puts forward suggestions and measures to improve social security levelfor disabled persons in town of Shandong Province based on the analysis in abovechapters.
