Study On Hujintao’s Social Management Thought

Hu Jintao social management thoughts has formed by originating from Marxism socialmanagement thoughts theoretically, standing on the periodic features of the economic andsocial development, concluding the practice of social and economic development, using thesocial management experiences of other countries for references, and adapting to the newdemanding of social management.The focus of this thesis is put on the four aspects of Hu’s social management thoughts:the first is that social management, one of the necessary management activities of humansociety, the strategic position of which must be established. The second is that socialmanagement means the management to the people and the services for the people, its target isthe realization of social fairness and stability. The third is that the pattern of socialmanagement contains the leadership of communist party committee, responsibility taken bygovernment, assistant by social organizations and participation of the public. The fourth isthat the basic tasks of social management are coordinating social relationships, standardizingsocial conducts, solving social problems, resolving social conflicts, improving social justice,coping with social risks, maintaining social stability. What have been mentioned above are thenew achievements of the Chinese characterization of Marxism social construction thoughts,enrichments of the scientific development view, the theoretical guidance for building asocialist harmonious society, and significant in directing the realization of comprehensiveconstruction of a well-off society, and the country’s lasting political stability.
