China’s death compensation system is changing withthe development of the society and perfect, its every change reflects the economicsituation in China’s social life especially changes, and awareness of change. At presentscholars have the right to life although scholars think with supremacy, life infringementto deserve relief, but life is not the personality rights in money, because life is precious,infringe upon the behavior of life is to the state and a social order, the state protection ofcitizens’ right of life and challenge the obligation of infringement, and by public law ofcriminal law should be especially sanctions. In the distribution justice and welfare stateunder the influence of the concept, the trend of the development of all countries in theworld is to establish a comprehensive relief system.
