Study On The Construction Of Chinese Government Portals Based On Web2.0

With the deepening of the construction of E-government, the government portals inChina have made considerable progress. Government portal, through which it strengthenscommunication with the masses and improves efficiency for official businesses. Therefore,the construction of good government portals has received more and more attention.Web2.0is an important opportunity to bring about great changes to E-governmentresearch, while the government portal is the best platform. In this paper, starting from thestatus quo of the construction and development of the Chinese government portals,summing up the main problems the government portals have had. How to resolve theseissues has become the focus of concern to the administrators.This paper focuses on how to use web2.0to construct the Chinese governmentportals. Based on the knowledge of web2.0and the feasibility analysis, using web2.0ingovernment portals is consistent with the trend of the development of E-government,reflecting the government to the people-oriented service concept, as long as to meet thegrowing demands of the public. Then, starting from the main parts, the function andposition of government portals, taking research from many aspects, on government portaldesign, site management, site testing and evaluation, cloud security.The technology of web2.0and it’s method can be widely applied to the improvementof government portals. Blog, Tag, RSS, Wiki, BookMark, these five basic modes, play amajor role in the improvement in government portals. Then, there are two casesexhaustively being analyzed the applications of web2.0in Beijing and Shanghai municipalgovernment portals, and then give the individuation, interactive service measures for thefuture Chinese government portals to improve.
