With the development of information and communicationtechnology, the supervision by public opinion is playing important role inthe society, which is widely approval. The supervision by public opinionincludes both to the government and to the judiciary. As component of thejudiciary, the procuratorial organ is also under the supervision by publicopinion. But there are always two sides to everything, the supervision bypublic opinion will also case improper intervention. The debate betweenwhether the procuratorial organ should accept the supervision by publicopinion or not never stops.
