Interview is an important communication channel between the leading party andpeople, and it is also the important pathway for people to conduct the democratic right.In modern time the interview is the outcome of social contradiction, and it is also theresult from the multi-culture conflict in our transitional society.At present there are a large number of interviews which happen unexpectedly andviolently in our country. Interview has become an important symbol of various socialproblems. It is the vital channel for people to conduct the democratic right and thepathway to relieve social pressure. Nowadays the legal institution on interview isunsound. There are much diversity and conflicts for benefits. The communicationchannel between the cadres and the masses is blocked. The essence of all problems isthe value diversity of interviewersFrom the value diversity of interview, this study analyzes the reasons of valuediversity for different interviewers, their value choices and the influence upon thedifferent choices. In order to better the interview job, it should be respected for thevalue diversity of interviewers and multi-value for different interviewers. As it ismentioned, the interview staffs should hold the principles “people foremost”,“soundingthe benefit mechanism”,“dredging interview channel” and “protecting the democraticright of the masses”. Harmony comes first for the interviewers and the staffs. Seekingthe common and respecting the value diversity for the two parties can relieve conflicts,even avoid conflicts, which promotes social development harmoniously.
