Theory Of Social Transition System Builds People's Risk Awareness

Western scholars had reflected on the abnormal developmentand modern crisis which emerged in the process of modernization,and put forward the theory of risk society. China is in the socialtransition period,The high speed development of economy andsociety have bring people to the improvement of life quality. At thesame time,there are still unbalance and unharmonious problems.China is facing many predictable and unforeseen challenges. Thispaper uses risk awareness training for the basic premise of point,inthe process of risk prevention and risk control,it also analyses thepresent situation,the form and develop of risk consciousness. In theanalysis of the causes,it takes the citizen,government management,social body as three factors. For the develop mechanism，it analyzesfrom different dimensions to raise risk consciousness,trying to restorethe system construction of risk awareness training.The paper consists the introduction,the main body,the conclusion,the references and the postscript part.The Introduction includes the background and the meaning ofthis subject,the present research and the related literature review,thetheoretical foundation and research method.The main body includes three chapters.The first chapter judges that China has entered risk societybecause of the increase of uncertain factors and risks. It combineswith the main aim of the construction of harmonious society, pointingout that risk consciousness is necessary for the increase of risks anduncertainties. The second chapter analyses the present situation and causes ofour country’s risk awareness education.Summarizing these typicalproblems:the risk awareness education level is not high,the existingrational cultivation process systematic is lack,the main body ofresponsibility is single and the social participation is not high. In theanalysis of the causes，it takes the citizen,government management,social body as three factors.The third chapter analyses the risk consciousness training fromthree dimension: education,culture and decompose system. Throughthe public awareness,quality education and risk awarenesseducation,the risk education is aim to set up the individual cognitiveof risks and form the positive and effective risk response behavior.The shape of national risk culture sets risk prevention and peopleactively participate as the goal, create public opinion atmosphere,mobilize social participation and construct risk culture. The key ofthe risk system security is enhance the public responsibilityconsciousness,suffering consciousness and service consciousness ofthe government,enterprises and other social organizations. Also,itwould strengthen the risk warning,risk assessment and riskaccountability system construction.
