Research On The Construction Of Village-level Party Organizations Of The Coastal Area In Shandong Province

Village-level Party organization is the foundation of the Party’s entire work and combat effectiveness work, which is also the Party’s ruling foundation in rural. It is also a very important link of the Party with the masses. To mobilize and organize the masses is a very important work, so we should view the village-level Party as the core of leadership of the various tasks.After years of reform and exploration, the construction of village-level Party organizations in the coastal area of Shandong province has made great achievements, accumulated a great deal of valuable experience. However, we should also be clear to see that the building of rural grassroots Party organizations, there are still many problems facing many new situations, a number of developments are incompatible with the new exists to varying degree.Full-text faces the construction of the village-level Party in the new situations and the new tasks as an entry point, combines with current work of the actual situations in this area, and divides into four chapters. The first chapter focuses on analysis of the constructions of village-level Party, the new situations and the new changes in the coastal and rural area of Shandong province. The second chapter analyzes the new problems form four aspects:the economic development, the construction of the thought, the organization construction, the system construction. The third chapter analyzes the reasons of the problems, mainly from the backgrounds of the changing mode of economic development, the diversity of the social awareness and the new changes of the Party members. The fourth chapter puts forward to strengthen the construction of rural grass-roots party organization of the five basic countermeasures, with a view to promoting rural reform and development, realize new period party in the countryside.
