Research On The Predicaments And Solutions Of Moral Education Socialization

Moral education is a systematic project for our society, and it has the trend of socialization. Spiritually, the socialization of moral education features the moral consensus within the whole society and it works in the form of the diversity of the moral education subjects. The goals of moral education socialization are to establish common moral values for society, to make all moral education approaches work together to form a social educational network and to improve, ultimately, the moral standard of our society. However, in the real process of putting moral education socialization into practice, we found that it is facing some predicaments such as the conflict caused by the diversity of people’s moral values, the weakness of the society’s moral education combination and the deficiency of public moral affairs.These predicaments can mainly due to some reasons, including the separation of the moral education link between schools and society; the degradation of the "top-class" people as moral examples; the Internet and anonymity public opinion has brought many moral concepts which challenging society’s main moral values and our social system and institution are still imperfect that led to many public moral misconduct. Therefore, we should make efforts to improve the collaborative functions between school moral education and social moral education, to help the formation of the social moral consensus and to guide, by the whole society, the process of moral education from known to "aware" to "action". These strategies are worked out to resolve the predicaments of the moral education socialization.
