Our history background of housing lease legal system is complexand be resricted by real factors.So it should be a hot academic topic.Currently， the Amerlcanlease system is more mature and its history has several similarities with China’s. The fourth part is thethoughts of the future viable housing rental system in China， including the legal definition ofthe rental right，the legal protection of the rights and obligations of the lessee and the lessor.By comparison， we also should be aware that economic system and social system in theUSA is very different from China.
