This has brought a great impact to our social and judicature. In view of this, the amendment eight to the Penal Code came into effect on May1,2011, which clearly defined the crime of organize betrayed human organs, but because of this crime is a new counts and many problems are not clear, especially there are still some disputes in actual operation and application.
