Qinghai Gelatin Environmental Pollution Caused By Mass Incidents Analysis And Revelation

In recent years, there is a rapid growth in the number of mass incidents in China. And the causes for mass incidents are not merely triggered by economic profits, but extend to grassroots democracy, ecological environment, and so on. Especially the mass incidents triggered by environment issues, has become relatively prominent in kinds of mass incidents, also as the main cause as well. Thus, this thesis discusses the basic concept and characteristics of mass incidents in multi-level and multi-angle vision, upon understanding and classifying foreign and domestic mass incidents" causes and characteristics. The research is based on the historical files and academic documents related to mass incidents, by using the method of documentation, analysis research method and systematical analysis method. Meanwhile, this thesis analyses the causes of the mass incident triggered by environmental pollution took place in Qinghai Gelatin Company and discusses the social effects in the tenns of political level and economical level, on the basis of classifying the background, procedure, characteristics and results of the mass incident. Consequently, resolving methods are put forth systematically regarding such mass incident. The government should keep focus on people and correctly handle the relationship between development and environment with strictly abiding by the requirements of ecological civilization, to reduce the mass incidents and accomplish harmonious development.
