Study On The Party Building Of Non-public Enterprise In The New Period

Since the Reform and Opening up, the practitioners employed by the non-pubic businesses has increased with each passing day, and has touched various areas day by day. The development of non-pubic economy has changed the traditional economic structure, and has put forward a new demand to the style of the Party leadership, the ability of administration of the Party and the Party building. So to strengthen construction of the non-pubic businesses’Party Organization is the important constituent part of construction of Party Organization. Although the construction of the non-pubic businesses’Party Organization has made some progresses as yet, there are still some problems as low Party Organization coverage, incomplete and imperfect system of management of Party building and Party Organization cannot put their policies into effect. So it has become a new subject in the Party building that how to develop the Party building in the non-pubic businesses efficiently to consolidate the ruling party status and improve the administrative ability of our Party.This paper analyzes the issue of party building in current non-public businesses through literature review and comparative analysis from four aspects, namely, necessity and possibility of party building in non-public businesses, historical development, major achievements and problems, and basic measures and approaches.The first chapter contains two parts. The first part analyzes necessity of party building in non-public businesses from the perspective of consolidation of the party foundation, promotion of non-public businesses development, and implement of the Scientific Outlook on Development and building a harmonious society. The second part analyzes the possibility of party building from the perspective of the establishment of socialism basic economic system, the increase of party members and workers in non-public businesses and the improvement of working system of the party. The second chapter elaborates the development of party building in non-public businesses in three phases, namely, preliminary study, rapid development and comprehensively promotion. The third chapter discusses the achievements and major problems of party building in non-public businesses. The fourth chapter presents several suggestions towards problems of party building in non-public businesses. The suggestions include expanding the coverage area of the party, giving full play of the political core effect of the party, improving management system of the party. strengthening the party team, raising the political consciousness of managers of non-public businesses and strengthening and improving the party building in non-public businesses.Under the framework of systematic study of the necessity and possibility of party building in non-public businesses and the development of the party, this paper specially summarizes the achievements made by the party, analyzes the major problems and presents suggestions and measures to improve the party building. In particular, the author endeavors to make innovations in two aspects of improving the party building, which are strengthening the party building and raising the political consciousness of managers of non-public enterprises.
