Optimizing Civil Execution

Civil execution as civil lawsuit in the last stage of the process,related with the whole civil procedure operation, should have a perfectinstitution, but our country present" Civil Procedure Law" does notperform well. Civil Out-of-order execution often happens, so we shouldoptimize Civil Execution. The main reason about implementation of chaosis lack of supervising by procuratorial organ, so we should make oursupervision of procuratorial organ well.Therefore, this article in order to solve the practice due to the lackof supervision and the implementation of chaos, focus on the developmentof theory and practice to improve our system of procuratorial supervisionof civil enforcement. This paper is divided into four parts:The first part, the open of this article is about the scholars ofthe procuratorial supervision of civil execution system. The learned menhold the different viewpoint, so I get their knowledge and combine withthe current implementation of random events. At last I achieve that theresult of prosecutorial supervision of civil execution system isreasonable and we should make the system pefect.The second part discusses the perfection of the procuratorialsupervision of civil execution grounds. There are two aspects of thereasons. One is the theory evidence，the other is the realistic reasons.From the realistic reasons, by listing some events that is lack of supervision and execution leading, reflects the implementation of chaosseverity. So we know perfect execution procuratorial supervision cansolve problems and is the significance of implementation of chaos.The third part talks about we should absorbed foreign executivesupervision of favorable factors, with reference to the foreignprocuratorial organs in civil execution in, proposing consummates ourcountry civil execution supervision should accord with the nationalcondition of our country.The fourth part, combining the above analysis, we should make ourcountry civil execution supervision improvement method of forming well.Starting from perfecting the legislation, we focus on the implementationof supervision methods and put forward suggestions on startup. Fromperfecting the execution in the other system for the study, we effectivelypromote the civil implementation of chaos solution and the ease ofperforming difficult problem. Through all methods, we can optimize thecivil enforcement at last.
