Proportion Principle Applies In The Customs Administrative Law Enforcement

As "imperial clause" Principle of Proportionality has a deep development in law in some countries,such as Germany.But in our country,it has not been paid enough attention. The author is engaged in the customs administrative law enforcement, with exploring, i think it is necessary Principle of Proportionality in the customs administrative law enforcement. The thesis starts with the principle of proportion concept and connotation, explaining the three subprinciples of the Principle of Proportionality respectively. Then i drew the application Principle of Proportionality in the customs all over the world and analyze the China’s customs administrative enforcement rationality of Principle of Proportionality use in present situation.when the specific case of rationality review pass to our country’s customs administrative law enforcement, It shall be fixed that the Principle of Proportionality and appropriate reconsiderate.
