A Study On The Work Of Admitting Present Students Into The Party

It is an important task for the colleges and universities Party organization to strengthen the work of admitting students into the Party, and also an urgent need to carry out the strategy of talent person making powerful country and training successors to the modern socialist construction. In2004,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued"Views on Further Strengthening and Improving the Ideological and Political Education of College and University Studennts",which explicitly pointed out that it is required to exert the political and organizational advantages of our Party,highly value the expansion of student party members,adhere to standards and guarantee quality so as to admit those excellent students into our Party.In recent years,according to the requirements of the17th CPC Natoinal Congress and the arrangements of the annual National Party Construction Conference of Colleges and University,the Party committees of Colleges and Universities are taking constant and active action to increasingly expand student party members and to improve their quality.But owing to the influence of social environment,the student Party member admitting work is under attack of the socialist market enconmy. Therefore,it becomes an important problem for the colleges and universities Party organizations to adopt suitable ways to settle the existed problems of admitting student Party members,and push on the Party work developing healthily and stably,it is avital subject of the Party construction in colleges and universities,and a succession of our Party’s tradition of treating ideological and political work as its advantage.This paper consists of four parts. The first part elaborated the significance of the Party Members admitting work of college students. The second part indicated problems of the Party Members admitting work of college students from the students themselves and the work of the Party organizations.The third part analyed factors of influence of the Party Members admitting work of college students,mainly due to the negative effect of the social market economy,utilitarian of family expectations，lack advanced of Party Members in university and challenging situation of students themselves.The fourth part proposed strategy of the Party Members admitting work of college students from the strengthening education of the Party constitution of joining the Party activists, inspecting of party members of Probationary period strictly, improving the work systems of the Party Members admitting work of college students and innovativing work methods of the Party Members admitting work of college students.This paper adopt empirical approach which get new exploration to problems from the theory relation practice in order to add some reference material to ideological and political work for the university.
