The Role Of Corporate Social Work In The Ideological And Political Work Of Oil Companies

The current China’s oil enterprises are faced with complex internal and externalenvironment, such as the fierce challenges of economic globalization, intense competition inthe international market, the transformation of social structure, the pressure of the modernenterprise system reform and the diversity of ideological values. These social changes in theenvironment have posed a serious challenge to the ways and means of the traditionalideological and political work for oil companies. Additionally, the current ideological andpolitical work of the oil companies have been seriously restricted its important role because ofits serious problems, petroleum enterprise ideology political work need to be innovative.Corporate social work (with the ideas of serviceability and the methods of professional)provides a new theoretical perspective and practice platform for the innovation of petroleumenterprise ideology political work.This article attempts to define the concept of petroleum enterprise ideological andpolitical work and enterprise social work as well as two interlinked, through the elaboration ofthe status of the ideological work of oil companies in the new era, an attempt to analyze thesignificant use of the corporate social work in the ideological and political work of the oilcompanies, finally to explore the feasible ways for corporate social work playing a role in theoil companies’ ideological and political work.This study only as a integration of enterprise social work concept of method, etc. andenterprise ideological and political work under the theoretical background of corporate socialwork and China’s enterprise ideological and political work, and can do more in-depth step ofthe study for oil enterprise ideology political works innovation.
