Since The Sixteenth Congress The Communist Party Of China On The Exploration Of The Construction Of Clean And Honest Government Cultural

Research on the exploration that since16th Congress the Communist Party of China has constructed clean and honest government culture, for improving the Party’s clean government construction and anti-corruption struggle working level have a practical significance in theory and practice. In this paper, since the16th Congress, the Communist Party of China explored the course of the construction of clean and honest government culture as a context, to explore the experience of the construction of clean and honest government cultural and the current revelation.This paper begins with the definition of the culture connotation, it analyzed the course that our party proposed the construction of clean and honest government culture:Sports anti-corruption---system of anti-corruption---culture anti-corruption, thus finally established the fundamental thought of culture anti-corruption, and then expounds the main course of the clean and honest government culture which the Communist Party of China has explored, from the construction of clean and honest government culture as an important content of the punishment and prevention system to improve the construction of clean and honest government culture to the height of the party building and building a harmonious society, to further clarify the direction of the construction of clean and honest government culture, but also to explore the main content in the process of exploring the construction of clean and honest government culture. At last, it is a summary of the experience that the Communist Party of China explored the construction of clean and honest government culture and its inspiration for the current construction of clean and honest government culture. Firstly, analyzing and summarizing Chinese Communist party’s experience of the construction of clean and honest government culture, such as strengthening the leader cadres’clean-fingered, self-discipline education, strengthen the system construction, and actively explore the culture fronts. Secondly, from the summary of the experience, analyzed and discussed the inspiration of the current construction of clean and honest government culture, mainly from strengthening party member advanced education, establishing long-term mechanism of the construction of clean and honest government culture, to establish a sound system to protect system integrity culture, the use of modern scientific and technological achievements to expand the culture carrier, with these four aspects,to promote the construction of clean and honest government culture in China in the new period.
