Research On Information Failure Problems And Countermeasures In Administrative Decision-making

Decision-making as a result of human production, developing throughout every process of human society. Decision-making is the basis of the administrative process, and the correct decision is directly related to the efficiency of the administration and government objectives. Information is an important resource for the implementation of public policies and preconditions, but in the process of administrative decision-making power configuration problems of decision-making, information rights and responsibilities between the main object of subjective preference and information literacy, information costs, information channels and other causes information failure, information asymmetric information distortion, information loss, information delay, lack of information and a series of information processing failures, especially with the development of information technology and the Internet widely used, large amounts of information run into the information distribution channels, increasing the extent information failure. Information failure has become one of the important reasons of administrative decision-making failure. This article start from the failures of information, researching on the causes of information failure, combined with concrete examples of the Xiamen PX events, analysis of countermeasures to overcome information failure.The first chapter is an introduction, describing the research background, significance and methods, presenting the main contents of the article. This is the basic of further analysis of the information in the administrative decision-making failures provide a theoretical basis. The third chapter analyzes the current information in administrative decision-making, embodied in failures, and to explore the causes of their analysis.
