The youth political participation is one of the most important aspects of youthaffairs. In our country, the youth work is run by theCommunist Youth League responsible for to coordination of various departments.However, the deference about the departments nature makes birth defects of theCommunist Youth League’s functions of the youth work. Especially, the formation ofthe particular group as the New social strata youth in recent years raises higherrequirements on our youth work. It is found through research that the innovation ininstitution and practice should be started with in order to promote the level of theyouth political participation in our country. It is a great innovation that the ZhabeiDistriction Youth Affairs Bureau sets up. It makes up the deficiency that theCommunist Youth League is charged with the responsibility of the youth work.
