Try To Talk About The Attitude Construction Of Civil Servants

Construction of fine working style can effectively curb corruption and further the feelings between government and the people. Since the founding of new China, the governments at all levels always put the style construction in a relatively prominent place. And they insist to make great efforts indefatigably. With the respect to the issue of government’s construction of office working style, experts and authority staffs also carry out a positive research practice, which provides theoretical guidance for guiding the construction of office working style. This paper inherits and carries forward our party, the Communist Party of China’s, fine working style. It follows the Communist Party of China on the general requirements of the style construction, draws lessons from the research of scholars and experts of conventions. Combining with the author’s work unit’s major task and practical situation, it undertakes summing up, refinement and generalization on the practicing situation of construction of office working style in recent years. Emphasizing from the specific reality, the transformation of government functions and the new requirements of the construction of civil servants of government’s work, it undertakes some meaningful exploration on reinforcing the government functionary team working style construction’s content, method and approach. It preliminarily studies the working style’s basic concept, content and working style’s the basic principles and summarizes some of the previous single style construction and research results. It strives to make the working style construction tend to be more systematic, scientific and standardized. In this paper’s research processes, mainly focusing on the theoretical research, it also lists some successful practices about the government’s great efforts in working style construction. It also describes some facts that the author personally participates in the working style construction practice, theoretically and practically. I hope this paper can provide the government authorities to strengthen working style construction to provide some help.
