Study On The Relationship Between The Development Of Modern Civil Affairs And Social Services

Social service, derived from the western capitalist countries, in western parts, they can also be called social welfare service, or personal social service, or social take care service, it’s one of the most important parts of social policies and social security system in developed countries and areas. In our country, social service mainly shows in civil affairs, their service object just in the olds, disabled and children, also some people who needs help. This paper is on the basis of some foreign social service’s concepts, theories and developing thoughts through studying, learning, combing, linking together with our country’s traditional civil affairs in social services, exploring the relations between the western social service and civil social service, and the traditional social service which plays an active role in civil work, in a social transformation context, exploring modern civil administration’s development of new contents and directions, holding nowadays civil administration social service’s new meaning and trend, analyzing the current situations and challenges of the basic features of the modern civil affairs and development of social services, pointing the significance and historical impact on developing the social service, for our country establishing the modern civil affairs in social services’ideological foundations and the path of practice.The first part is the introduction, including the reason of selecting this topic, researching ways, researching contents and framework, researching significance and the unique parts. The second part mainly talk about what is the western social service, and its’historical developing process and types. The third part is the connection of this paper, including the traditional civil work’s contents and range, civil work in social service and its’position and conditions. The forth part is the core of the whole paper. Above the frontier’s analysis, investigating the basis of Chinese and western social service, analysis of the modern civil affairs and the practical parts of social services in today’s civil system.
