Transition Period Our Country Government And The Ngos Cooperation Mechanism Research

At present we are in the stage which lots of social contradictions in it, we must strengthen and innovate the social management. Social management,is man’s management and service in essence, is doing somethings for the people. The strengthening of mechanism for the government and non-governmental organizations’ cooperation,for the reason what people "have security interests and have ways to appeal",for the reason what solving the people’s livelihood more comprehensive,more subtle and more soft. The action of government and non-governmental organizations’ cooperation, standing in the position of the broad masses of the people, coming from mass, come to mass, knowing people wants what to wish what to need positively, protecting their interests.With the mind of serving the people wholeheartedly and maintaining a high sense of responsibility,on the basis that to hold to a principle and to be practical and realistic, respect for the wishes of the masses to the limit, realizing and safeguarding the basic interests of the masses. Only in this way, can we make the people and our Party take parts in the economical and political development with a cooperative effort.The dissertation attempts to synthesize research results at home and abroad in recent years,it was based on the people theory of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels,and the non-governmental organization theory as the tool of analysis.This dissertation uses various research methods such as literature research and field investigation,take some cases for example,and viewes the successful experience at home and abroad, bases our country’s reality,focuses on the future development of China’s socialist construction,combines normative research with empirical research,through the introduction of necessity about government and non-governmental organizations’ cooperation and the obstacles of it.analyzes the obstacles and causes of these obstacles,makes tentative analysis and searching on perfecting government and non-governmental organizations cooperation mechanism.
