The people’s mediation system is of a characteristic of the dispute settlement system, known as "the flower of the East". The long-term accumulation of practice development with Chinese characteristics is a grassroots autonomous organizations, plays an important role in the process of China’s rule of law. People’s mediation in the urban and rural areas because the social and economic structure, culture, philosophy, disputes type differences in the performance of their different characteristics.
