The Study Of Chinese Public Security Administrative Accountability

Recently, As a series of accidents happened one by one, public safety become a hot topic recently.It mainly involves in traffic,food product and so on,which not only causes big losses and claims people’s lives,but also affects the develop of economy and the stability of the society. As a public safe keeper,the government should assume the main responsibility of the public safety accidents. Although make the public safety accident never happen is hard, lessen the rate of it is possible by strengthening the supervision and accountability of the government admininstrative power.Our government has payed more attention on accountability since SARS,which broken out in2003, and we got lots of progress.both on theory and practice,but it not enough.The problem is that the recent researches about this by some scholars are mostyly focus on the the administrative accountability system and the system building,but it did not take the actual situation of our nation into consideration,did not have diversity, we can not put them int practic to solve the problems mentioned above. Therefore.the author sumed up the problems of public safety bases on home,did some researches and analysed its causes.and give some efficent ways to solve it at last.
