Study On Non-institutionalized Participation Behavior In The Case Of Public Events

Citizen’s participation in public events which conducts abide by an orderly way is the essential condition of good governance,the important guarantee of social stability and harmony,also the democratic gyro rotating whip. However,owing to the environment of risk society, non-institutionalized participation behaviors in the filed of public events have happened from the very state to normality,and become a major challenge of social governance,which can not avoid but awaits digestion urgently.So I decided from the specific form to search for the general rules of non-institutionalized participation behavior,and then put forward the resolution to dispel occurrence of non-institutionalized participation behavior in the case of public events.
