The Study On The Role Of Letters And Visits In Chinese Characteristic Socialism Democratic Politics Construction

The petition system is an important constituent of political system of socialism system with Chinese characteristics, which is in line with China’s national conditions, reflect the people’s democratic dictatorship and the rule of law principles and system design. The petition system has been formed in Early China, which has experienced nearly60years. The petition system plays an important role in solving our country current masses appeal and practical problems, protecting the citizens’basic political rights, strengthening party conduct construction, resolving social conflicts and problems, and building a harmonious society.
