| The criminal procedure law of our country new amendment added the card powerfrom the provisions of the law, the correction involves "lawyer--client" from the cardpower and family card power from two aspects. In the ethical foundation, the lawyerfrom the card power based on its internal requirement of the professional ethics,relatives from the card power based on blood affection natural demand, is in the familyethics law mapping. The Chinese nation, with people who share the same languagelearning, with twisted with common, as descendants, work together to create theattention of Chinese legal culture ethical affection.
